    Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on post or finding a home off-post within the community.

    • Once you have orders to move, contact the Housing Service Center (904) 542-2996. They can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements.

    • The Unaccompanied Personnel Housing Office (904) 542-8195 can assist single service members with room assignments.

    • NAS Jacksonville on-base housing is privatized and operated by Balfour Beatty Communities (904) 908-0821, which offers 3-4 bedroom town homes and single family homes based on rank and family size. Some of the home amenities includes: laundry rooms with washer/dryer hookups, garages, and fully equipped kitchens, The community amenities includes: Playgrounds, tot-lots and basketball courts.
